Breast, Colorectal, Liver, Prostate, and Tobacco-related cancers make up 50% of cancer deaths. We have known interventions and/or screening to prevent them.​

Teams, made of individuals from the community, and the partners have identified ways to address the specific cancers and the communities they affect most.
